W had some issues with working fans, but management was helpful with providing a replacement. The king bed is a little hard. Overall really nice place and nice view of the ocean about 1/4 mile off the balcony. Sunsets views from the balcony are a little obstructed by trees in the distance. Or please remember the phone number to call for access the gate if you arrive there late (4:30pm? I could not remember) Do not recommend for business, especially for long term stay. No room service and be charged by days. You have to buy coffee, shampoo, conditioner, and life stuff if you stay for several days. The room is a family style. There is a nice kitchen, living room, two bed rooms (one has two small single beds for kids, and the other one is for parents), and two bath rooms. It looks clean, however, I saw cockroaches in rooms (kitchen and bath rooms). The lid of washer filled in dust. The maintenance is not in time. When I arrived at the location, the manager was off and left a key in a box. when I went to the room, it was hot although the AC was on. I had to open windows to cool down. In the next day, I talked to the manager and she sent people to clean the filter of AC. There is a fixed parking space. However, the light is too weak so that it is hard to see those messy numbers. The number is not printed in order. You have to spend much time to find it if you just came to the residential area. Wi-fi is very slow.
