While there isn’t an ocean vista, there was a good view out over towards the Marriott next door with festive tiki torches. Super clean, great kitchen space and VERY comfortable beds. We enjoyed the beach associated with the property and the pool was a great way to chill at the end of the day. Parking was easy. We had ample storage for our luggage for family of 5\. The beach toys and snorkel gear the owner has in the closet is a nice touch. As well as beach towels. We bought a few snorkels for our family and used the ones provided. Beds are all comfortable. We were happy to find that the condo has a pack 'n play, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, pool noodles, boogie boards, cooler, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen is a good size and is well appointed. We loved the balcony/deck and the outdoor grill. The condo community (Kolea) is beautiful and it is a short walk from the unit to the beach and the pool. The pool is stunning with a view of the ocean and there is a separate shallow pool with a sandy bottom that is great for kids. The condo is also very close to the Queens Marketplace and the Kings Shops. The condo is a very good value for the money. We would definitely stay here again! My husband, toddler daughter and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Big Island vacation rental. The place looked even better than in the photos! It was well stocked and everything was laid out in an easy-to-find manner. The location was incredible, right by the beach and many great restaurants and shops. We greatly appreciated having private beach access, as well as a gorgeous pool and clubhouse. Hosts were very friendly and super communicative. We’ve stayed in a number of different units but we really enjoyed 15H. The unit is comfortable, clean and well appointed. The view of A-Bay is stunning! We already booked for 2 months next year. The owner and property manager are excellent and handle promptly any issue that arise. It’s a great property! ##### Kaye J. The property is well maintained and the home itself was beyond what we expected. Clean, beautifully furnished, and stocked with all the necessities. It provided a comfortable and relaxing final five days for our 11-day trip. EJ was very accommodating of our needs and extremely responsive to our email and text messages. The condo is set up with the visitor in mind with clear labeling of cabinets, switches and general instructions. The unit is large, clean and spacious and in excellent shape. Highly recommend this unit and location if looking for convenient access to both the pool and beach. ##### Donald G. Location of condo is good and short walk to pool and beach. Beach has lounge chairs available for use for free. Pool and jacuzzi are nice. Beds, sheets and pillows are very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Dishwasher was not working but owner warned us in advance and provided disposable dishes and made other accommodations for us like letting us check in early. Kitchen is adequately stocked. Knives are adequate but vegetable peeler is useless. BBQ works great and was clean. Shower knobs a little hard to figure out but shower was good. Wifi great. Two beach chairs provided were nice touch. Overall we’d come back and would have liked to stay longer. ##### Gabriela G. Beautiful, clean, AC was amazing. The pool and beach access was so, so perfect. Privacy of the 2 bedrooms. Spacious all the way around. Just really so so beautiful. I do have to say, the pictures on line do not do it justice. Nearby plazas are so perfect. Went grocery shoppi g but also ate out and everything was so nice and convenient. So blessed to have fou d this treasure. We would LOVE to return! Oh, almost forgot....teenagers legt behind all their souvenirs they had bought for friends back home and owners reached out and then mailed them to us. So sweet! They deserve 10 stars. They went above and beyond and we were SO impressed. Mahalo a million times over! ##### Joel Z. The room was as advertised, lots of space and well stocked with cooking utensils and supplies. Two things that took away from our stay: 1) The fitness centre wasn't really a fitness centre. Four cardio machines isn't a fitness centre. I was expecting to see a dumbbell rack, bench and possibly a cable machine at the very least. I would have liked to have known this in advance as I want to be able to work out while on vacation. 2) Not having an adults only area was an issue. When we had a chance to sit in the clubhouse area when it was quiet, this spot was perfect. When the pool filled with children it took away from the relaxing ambiance. It's unfortunate there isn't an adults only area so that all parties can make the most of their stay. As mentioned, we liked the unit and the location and would consider coming back but we're going to check other locations as well. ##### Chris I.
