The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas. All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores. There were two pools, and hot tubs that were extremely relaxing, and just a quick walk across the lawn. It had big monkey pod trees and well-maintained landscaping. The garage had beach gear, including chairs. We could see Mauna Kea from the lanai. The beach is close, as well as many wonderful restaurants and shopping areas. There is a lot of places to walk (or drive) and explore. We saw several green sea turtles, one on the sand just resting and several in the ocean. There are several golf courses, too. And the beach is close by. The condo was in tip top condition. One minor note to you and please don’t publish it. The main shower drain was slow. It is no big deal. I poured hot water down it but it did not improve. You might try drano. All the drains worked perfectly. I had trouble getting in the first time. I called.
