Luxurious ground floor "no stair steps" villa with private lanai, large lawn area and wide open views of the golf course. Granite slab counters in the large, well-equipped kitchen. Living and dining areas have hardwood floors. Kitchen, entry and baths have tile floors. New entertainment center with a 55" 4K TV and many different board games. New sectional sofa and new mattresses in both bedrooms. We stock supplies for your whole stay, not just tiny amounts for the first few days. The lanai has dining for 6 plus a Viking grill and sink in the outdoor kitchen. The garage holds sand chairs, snorkel gear, beach towels, boogie boards, coolers, wagon, two Trek bicycles and two sets of golf clubs. Discounted green fees of $95 for 18 holes at the Beach 9, Lakes 9 and Kings 9 Courses just a short drive from the unit. Club rentals are $50 at the Pro Shop. It is a 15 minute walk to the pro shop, Mauna Grill & Bar restaurant and driving range. Only a 5 minute walk to all kinds of amenities including Starbucks, groceries, shopping, restaurants, farmer's market, movie theater and live entertainment. Luaus at the Hilton and Marriott with traditional foods, music and dances. From the hotels and A-Bay beach, it is a short walk back to your Hawaii Home with lush grounds that are extremely quiet and peaceful. Located at the end of the complex, but only a one minute walk to the delightful tropical lagoon pool and hot tub for a relaxing swim or catching up on that book you have been wanting to read and the fully equipped workout room. Or drive 10 minutes to the best white sand beaches on the island, Hapuna and Mauna Kea. Paradise found!

Beautiful property

This is a beautiful condo in a stunning location. It was so easy to get around the island from this property, and had convenient access to shopping and restaurants. We loved being able to take morning walks down to the beach, as well as an evening swim at the pool. We also really appreciate having all the beach gear readily available to us. Lovely Waikaloa Option

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. The condo is well outfitted and sits at a quiet end of the complex with a nice view of the Lakes course. We played the course 3x because the discount is great. Stuart was very communicative through the VRBO app making sure that everything went smoothly, even including arranging to return the airpods our daughter left behind!

Awesome place. Safe, clean, great amenities and tons of gear for activities. Right near queens market and kings shops, restaurants, bars and the condo was right on the golf course. The space was very comfortable and nice for my family. The unit had a well stalked kitchen with everything you would need as well as a one car garage with plenty of snorkel gear, towels and even two bikes to ride around. The nearby A-beach was amazing and we enjoyed a nice dinner on the beach at the Lava, Lava Club. This place has it all and is centrally located to many great beaches and wonderful shopping!

This was our first time on the Big island and all of us enjoyed the comfort of a home to come home to at the end of our adventures. My son is a chef so the patio provided a great place to cook and break bread every day. The local beach was heaven. The access to groceries was a huge plus. Everything you need to stay a few days, a week or a month is provided. We will be back next year!!

Chris was an amazing host...communicative, helpful, generous, and quick to respond. The place was just as described on the listing. Very clean, stocked full of kitchen supplies and anything you'd need. Chris also had a book full of great suggestions regarding beaches to visit and places to explore. Location is on point. Easy to get to beach, shopping center within walking distance, lots of golf and dining options, and the onsite pools are amazing. This is our second time coming and Chris's place did not disappoint!

This property was in a fantastic location and had a lot of beach gear available to use. The only issue is that while the unit does have AC, it was locked at 75 and we could not make it any lower, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing anywhere.

So so clean! Had everything we needed for our vacation. Umbrella , beach chairs, beach mat, noodles, floaties, snorkeling gear, coolers (big one and backpack) and bikes. After a long day snorkeling and hiking just drive back and park in their garage right in front of the condo. The owners put so much consideration to their beautiful place! Great Golf at Waikoloa Beach Resort

This ground floor unit is so convenient to Queens Marketplace for shopping and dining but the best thing we loved about it was the golf discount. There are golf clubs in the garage so we saved money on renting clubs. There is a men’s left hand set and adult right hand set. Very easy to book all our tee times at the kings and beach golf club where the owners are Gold members.
