We were originally staying at the Waikoloa Fairway Villas, but due to construction going on, our great person (Ann) at Resortica Hawaii, we were offered another option for the same price! We would definitely stay here again and enjoyed having such a great person as Ann to work with! The condo was clean, beautiful area, and we had many birds and even a turkey visit us at our patio. The property is a bit old but well maintained and is very reasonably priced. Kitchen was well equipped - we cooked through our stay and found everything that was needed. Hilton pass and club infinity pool are really good for family with kids. Beach equipment is really useful. The location is perfect - just 5 minutes (walking) from lots of shops, restaurants, the Marriott and 8 minutes from the public beach. The grounds are beautiful with an awesome pool and gymnasium. The condo itself is very well-equipped and makes for a comfortable stay. To complete the 5 star experience, it would be nice to have the towels and bedsheets upgraded. ##### Lori W. My husband and I spent 2 fabulous weeks at this condo. Our daughter and son in law joined us for 1 week and we had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. For a day at the beach there were Tommy Bahamas beach chairs (the best) and an umbrella with a rolling cooler along with the beach towels. The condo is close to shops so quick grocery pick ups were so convenient. The complex borders the golf club and it was so quiet and peaceful. Timely, effective communication, fixed battery in fire alarm quickly and secured 2 more chairs and boogie boards since we listened to in beep half of the night before finding a stepstool in the morning. All appliances worked as they should and furnishings and decor were nice. The pool and hot tub are great! We are used to medium to firm mattresses and both rooms had extremely firm mattresses. It was perfect for two couples. The location is great. Booking the reservation and communication with the property manager was excellent. The unit D4 in Fairway Villas has the benefit of discounted golf and a pool pass to the Hilton. We used them both and it was an added bonus.
