Richard was very accommodating and easy to work with anytime I had a question. I appreciated he had reached out a couple of times during our stay to see if all was going well. Richard also sent a text on recommendations on sites to see or restaurants to try. The kitchen was equipped with any and all. Plenty of plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans, cookie sheets, plastic ware, foil, and condiments, etc. There was definitely plenty of linens, extra pillows, towels, sheets and blankets. In the garage there was extra snorkel gear, boogie boards, ice chest, and I believe golf equipment and more. The pool was quaint and quiet. It was very clean, well maintained, and had a very nicely stocked kitchen. It had a very nice view of the ocean and was a 2 minute walk from the Ocean Club (fitness center, pool). The entire area was very safe and the grounds around the property were also kept immaculate. Host was great on answering questions quickly. Condo was very clean, and comfortable. We golfed in the resort. Fishing was out of the Honokohau Harbor, about 30 minutes away. Had a great time. The location to the pool was in walking distance. Our mornings we enjoyed sitting on the front deck looking out at the water. We would definitely recommend this property to friends.
