"Very quaint and peaceful place - great for climbing the Schneeberg Mountain and relaxing in the spa after. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was a lack of a la cart options for dinner, forcing you to pay a lot for either set menus or buffets. Unfortunately there was not anything else around except fried and not so great Austrian food. Otherwise great stay and special thanks to the amazing bartender :)"

"This was a delightful two nights! The hotel is not near the city centre but this is a good thing. Our family enjoyed the neighborhood immensely. There is a wonderful little park across the street with room to run and jump. The staff were excellent in their service, support and friendly demeanor. The rooms were large and comfortable while breakfast was more than adequate by European standards. You have access to Vienna by car and Hinterbruhl and Modling as well. "I would highly recommend Hotel Sacher Baden to everyone who visits Austria and has the opportunity to stay in this amazing town. The entire hotel staff was absolutely wonderful and made us feel welcome each and every day. The daily breakfast was delicious and bountiful. Location is key and this hotel was across the road from the bus stop so it made traveling very convenient. Can’t wait to return to Austria"

"One of the most beautiful cabins we've stayed in during our trip to Austria – just a short drive from Vienna. The cabin is fully equipped and feels just like home. The lake and mountains across from it are some of the most stunning we've seen. The water is clean and pleasant to swim in. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the check-in instructions in time – make sure to confirm them the day before. Other than that, everything was clean, quiet, and highly recommended. Thank you very much!"

"The property is stunning but the service and overall staff professionalism is very lacking. When we checked in the front desk attendant did not open the door or help with luggage as he saw us struggling to get through the door and there was no offer to help. He simply asked us to fill out a form and gave us 1 key. No welcome, no explanation of the 600-acre property or what was on site. No hours given for the restaurant or spa so we had to come back and get all of that information. Very odd first impression of the property. Throughout the stay, we had to continue asking for things like robes or for the steam/sauna to be turned on (even though the spa hours are 7am-10pm, apparently those treatment rooms are only turned on from 4pm-10pm which seems odd). Also, no one services the spa all day so at one point there were no more towels (and we again had to go back to the front desk and ask for towels). "
