The home offers three bedrooms, a large upstairs loft-style den, two full bathrooms, central air, and fast WiFi for comfortable year-round stays. Guests can enjoy an expansive deck with outdoor dining and lounge seating, or step directly onto the beach with included kayaks and paddle boards. Vineyards, farm stands, and North Fork dining are a short drive away, making this an easy, relaxed base for families and small groups. The Space: This soundfront home sits directly on a private beach with wide water views and easy access to kayaks and paddleboards. Main Level Three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus a full bathroom. The open-plan kitchen and living area features a fireplace and flows out to a wraparound deck with outdoor dining and lounge seating. Upper Level A loft-style retreat with a king bed, sofa bed, full bathroom, and panoramic water views through floor-to-ceiling windows. This open layout is ideal for a couple wanting privacy or as a flexible overflow space. Outside Step off the deck onto your own private beach with no shared access. Kayaks and paddleboards are included. Rinse off at the outdoor shower after a day on the water. The home sleeps up to 10 guests and includes central AC, heat, fast WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities Please note that all outdoor amenities, including patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. The house was comfortable and we could see the sound from the living room dining room kitchen upstairs bedroom and deck. Access to a private beach was wonderful even in the fall. The beds were comfortable but I am not sure the beds on the main floor were queen. I traveled with 7 women, many are large so we were glad no one had to share the beds on the main floor. The location was the main draw as the house is situated right on the beach on the Sound. My two young boys love the beach, so they were beyond excited that it was right out the back door. We spent our days walking, collecting rocks, and looking for seaglass. The first day we were there, the water was crystal clear and the beach was pristine. Unfortunately, there was a huge storm that came through that caused beach erosion, flooding, and churned up the surf. We were even there for the earthquake! Even with crazy mother nature at play, the house was wonderful and the views never ceased to amaze us. The hosts couldn't have been more wonderful and communication was open and prompt. Reviewer Comments: we had a mini family vacation (10 of us!) at this property for four nights in November 23 and it was perfect! The house was well equiped and comfortable. The beach and views were sensational. Added bonus that the dogs were able to join us. The communication with Debbie and team was great. When we arrived there was one small problem (lounge room couch was broken). A handyman arrived first thing next morning and was able to fix it. We had no further issues. The house was very clean and well-equipped with home essentials, kayaks, and games. Debbie, the property manager, was very kind and welcoming ensuring a smooth check-in and great time. Loved waking up every morning to the amazing views, and going for walks with the dog in the quiet neighborhood/beach. Kayaks, a paddleboard, and fishing poles are all provided.
