The property can sleep six people in three bedrooms. The accommodation is set mostly on the ground floor with just one double bedroom with en-suite facilities being located on the first floor. The ground floor has two bedrooms, one twin and one adult bunks room, a family bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, sitting room and dining room. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars and a rear lawned garden with patio, furniture and barbecue. Pendeen is a great base for holidays and short breaks all year round. Please note: This property does not have an EV Charging Point and our holiday home insurance states that: Domestic electrical chargers 'trickle charges' are not suitable for use at the property and are strictly forbidden.
