Surrounded by beautiful Cornish countryside this beautiful cottage is situated in a prime location just outside Padstow, with plenty to see and do for all the family. If a day at the seaside is your thing you will be spoilt for choice, with the beautiful beach at Harlyn Bay less than a 10-minute drive away, and the famous Fistral Beach and Watergate Bay at Newquay only a short distance. From surfing to swimming everything is catered for. The cottage is just two miles from Padstow. Often called the jewel in Cornwall’s crown, the town of Padstow boasts a picturesque harbour, independent shops, cafes and restaurants and several inspiring galleries. If you wish to head further afield the bustling town of Newquay is a 20-minute drive away. Other attractions in the area include many National Trust properties, Camel Creek Adventure Park, and the Eden Project.

Enter the property through the traditional stable door and into the lounge/kitchen/diner with plenty of light and space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, stylish Dualit appliances and Krups Nespresso coffee machine, the perfect place to cook up a meal. The lounge features an open-fire, Smart TV, Amazon Echo speaker and plenty of comfy seating, the perfect place to relax and put your feet up after a long day exploring. The dining area has seating for four people. Walking through the door and along a short corridor, you will find the first of two bedrooms, a cosy twin bedroom with wooden feature shutters. Directly across from the twin bedroom is a good size shower room with a shower and WC. Finally, you will arrive at the master bedroom, a beautiful king-size bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom room with shower over bath and WC. French doors open out from here onto the courtyard.

On the grounds, you have shared access to a private three-acre field, perfect for energetic dogs, children, or a space to enjoy a glass of wine watching the sun go down. Private parking for two cars
