"The lady at the front desk asked if we wanted the first floor or second floor. I let her know we had a super early flight. She put us on the first floor next to the exit door so we did wake any guests or have to carry out luggage as far. She was very nice"

"The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed. A good breakfast was provided , and I enjoyed a nice swim in the pool. Some of the furniture in the room showed signs of pretty extensive wear."

"Great location! Great breakfast potatoes, ever! I guess the only drawback I had as I was traveling with Child, was not having a microwave in the room. The balcony was an added luxury due to the fact that I was also working while staying in Michigan. Although there weren’t chairs or a view on these balconies, I was able to take business calls outside. Until I saw the next-door balcony resident lean over to look inside of my space. It was a little weird. The pool was amazing, but very cold and the hot sauna was perfect! Although I stayed from a Tuesday through Friday, I did not see the tiki bar opened at all near the pool. Overall, staff were super amazing front desk. Staff were knowledgeable room service was accommodating!"

"It was a nice clean and new facility. We did have issues with their fancy TV. 85 and 87 year-old people do not know how to do some of those things involving black magic. Our big issue was the fact that Expedia never updated our reservation. I originally registered for the wrong date. The hotel could not change it because they said the reservation was made by Expedia. I knew nothing about Expedia. I thought I was dealing with the hotel. I paid the extra $103 to have them change my overnight date and they did not do it with the hotel. The hotel canceled that reservation and gave us a different room and charge $189. It should be illegal for third parties to be able to steal your reservation from the website that you are using for a specific hotel. If I would’ve wanted to book through Expedia, I would’ve booked through Expedia."
