Great location , next to supermarket and easy access to tube and tram stops. Restaurant and bar were lovely.
We booked family room as needed 2 separate beds and that was only option. Room felt dated and in need of TLC. We did report an issue with our room (toilet seat hanging off) which we hoped would be sorted, but that wasn’t dealt with whilst we were there. Beds were very comfortable.
We had a lovely stay, just wished they’d sorted the toilet seat for us.
