"We asked for our rooms to be made up daily and that turned out to be an ongoing problem. We had to go to the front desk for wash cloths and towels each evening of our stay. We had the unfortunate experience of having cockroaches in our room and subsequently in our luggage. There was was problems with hot water two out of three mornings with absolutely no hot water on the last day. They were remodeling so there was a little debris and messiness associated with that. We were offered a breakfast compensation, but were unable to try that out. So nothing to say for dining except that the lounge was real nice."

"The attendant turn off the elevator because it over heated and I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. The attendant nasty and disrespectful. Both attendants assigned. He told me his manager told him to turn the elevator off . My service was not rendered and I am requesting to be compensated."

"Staff is absolutely amazing. The rooms are dark and dank and depressing to say the least. They need an upgrade asap. The carpets are old and need to be pulled up . If they would get rid of the carpet and upgrade .. it would be a decent stay. It literally rained in my room .. the staff was very concerned and caring but the building need to be leveled and rebuilt."

"Had to wait a hour to get our towels back from when they picked up the laundry to wash. Had somewhere to go and couldn’t even shower because we had no towels. Nowhere does it mention that your towels will be taken for a hour. If that was noted definitely wouldn’t have booked this room "

"Nice one stop lodging - restaurant, bar, Starbucks, etc. all in one spot. Comfortable, updated room. Good service."
