"We knew there was no elevator but they never told us they were giving us a 5th floor. Probably was our mistake not to ask what floor. Miscommunication!!!! Glad they solved our problem and gave us 1st floor. In our apt in Slovenia we knew since we booked it was going to be 2nd floor. Other than that, the Apt was in a good location, walkable distance to downtown! Very clean, good bed, small room."

"Wir wurden nach langer Anreise durch die Vermieter sehr herzlich empfangen. Es wurden sofort kühle Getränke serviert. Die Wohnung wurde unseren Ansprüchen absolut gerecht. Es ist alles sehr sauber gewesen und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist einfach der Hammer, wunderschön!! Unsere Vermieter standen uns mit Rat und Tat immer hilfreich zu Seite. Besonders hilfreich war das Suzana gut deutsch spricht. Wir können beide Wohnungen in diesem Haus absolut weiter empfehlen."

"On checking in Natasha on reception was so beautiful, her demeanour, so kind, patient and competent. The room was stunning. The technology within the room was bonus luxury, Perfect location. "Room was ok but a little tired. Balcony had amazing view but you had to stand up to see it properly as bottom half is covered in. Very small bathroom. But functional. Breakfast was acceptable. More fruit would be nice. We got told off in a very aggressive way because we took 2 bananas out to eat later on. Made to put them back!! We don’t eat much at breakfast and like to have some thing mid morning. Plenty of people take too much and leave it to waste on the plate. "

"Lovely old world hotel (completely renovated) across the road from the beach. Used the indoor pool but the balcony outside had only a few chairs and very little room. Our room had a nice sized balcony with a water view but the room (213) was very small with a few design flaws that made it crowded for two. Bathroom very small. Excellent breakfast and good service. Parking was limited but we had a spot for our 4 night stay and surprisingly they didn’t charge us. Disappointed that a 5 star hotel (above $500CAD per night in Sept) wouldn’t include beach chairs. We paid 30Euros each day to have two chairs on the beach. Lots of good dining and shops in walking distance. Clean, good air conditioning and fairly quiet. Bit of noise from the beach bar across the road but it finished at midnight. Overall a very good stay in a great location. "

"Great properly. Comfortable for seven adults. Nice location with view of the Adriatic. Host met us and gave us property info. Our host went above and beyond in helping us retrieve lost luggage. It’s nice to have someone who can speak the language and make phone calls. This location is also a great place for day trips. We went to Pula and also to Plitvice National Park. Overall a great stay. The pool and covered patio was a treat. "
