"5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!! We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... "Very central location, clean and spacious rooms. Only 2 points to improve: breakfast is very simple and no towel hanger in the bathroom. Everything else is perfect."

The room was cosy and beds were comfortable. "

"Clean, comfortable, warm; excellent restaurant with an amazing view. I highly recommend!"

They say they have "cooling units" that they can put in your room, but these are no more than fans that blow hot air around. Staff was pleasant and helpful... when...
