Overall enjoyed our stay. There was a mix up and our room we booked was not available first night. Placed in a smaller room but they made up for it. They put us in the mezzanine suite next day which felt much bigger than the first suite. The only downside was the upstairs bed did not seem to circulate air. The vent is on lower level. The bed was not as comfortable as it could have been. We rented some bikes from the hotel and the first one we rented had a broken back wheel which really put a damper on our plans as we had to ride back. The next bike had a broken child seatbelt. Overall the staff were kind and helpful. Hotel was clean and really pretty.

The online room guide you're sent to suggests you can request different pillows but reception looked at me like it was the weirdest request and just said "all the rooms have the same pillow".
