"It was off season and it seemed like it. Pools were closed, without notice. Stairway took 2 days to vacuum, they were working on room and two lights were (cord cut and out). I slept well, so that and the price made it a fair deal."

"We booked this facility so we didn't have to drive to eat and have a couple drinks but after we checked in we were told the bar and restaurant were closed. And there was no one available for 5 days to discuss a refund. We checked out. The rooms were clean but very dated and bleach stains all over the carpet"

"We stayed in February 2026 for the first time and were thrilled with the view of Lake Michigan. The interior of the property was quite large...plenty of room for three couples. The rooms had their own thermostat which meant we could control our individual sleeping temperature needs. Great place to bring our 3 year old lab...great walking areas and views. Plan to come again!"
