The hotel is centrally located, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was definitely a win, with so many options to choose from. I also appreciated having four bottles of water replenished in my room every day. The shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and lotion were also well stocked. That said, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. The communication between the kitchen/bar and the front desk seemed to have its challenges. The TV in my room was not working but the front desk said it was an issue throughout that would be fixed in a week. If anyone travels there and can confirm whether this has been fixed, please feel free to update the rest of us. The fridge in my room was also not working. On top of that, the items left by the previous guest were still inside when I arrived and were still there after my second day. This made me question how thoroughly the rooms were being cleaned. The shower gel ran out on the first day and was not replenished after the room was cleaned. The other toiletries were fine. There were also roaches in the room, which was obviously not pleasant. They did spray the room for mosquitoes in the evening, though, and I appreciated that. Overall, I enjoyed the central location, the friendly and helpful staff, and especially the breakfast. However, the housekeeping, maintenance, and communication between departments are areas that I think could be improved to make the overall guest experience much better.
