Staff at front desk excellent! Convenient location.Grocery store across street and laundry next door! Nice clean room. If you get a room with courtyard view instead of street view prepare to see miscellaneous roofing, wood, and other people's balcony close by as your view. Aside from that. Excellent!

Booked a suite for 4 nights. This is a Small Luxury Hotel so expectations are high and they should be. Enjoyed our stay and were pleased but with some disappointments.
The hotel is in a great location. Parking is difficult but this is Europe and a European city so we expect this and were given options by the doorman/bellman who was most helpful. Check-in was warm and welcoming along with helpful. Any contact with reception prior to arrival was replied to and dinner reservations made for us.
This is not a purpose built hotel but a retrofit. Therefore there are quirks. The suite was comfortable but the bathroom for a suite in #15 is small. Maybe this shouldn’t be categorized as a suite but a large room with a small bathroom. Given the large windows the room is dark, natural light is non existent in the bathroom and the lighting in both bathroom and room is quite poor. The bed is very comfortable but … when our linens were changed we experienced cigarette smoke smelling linens. Very very unpleasant. The A/C worked well along with wifi. Yes, the water was hot. In the shower we had the setting on cold to make it comfortable. An unusual problem for sure. Complimentary bottle of wine was appreciated along with bottled water daily. Goodies at reception a nice treat.
Breakfast was good with a small buffet and menu for cooked to order. Maybe not an extensive buffet but the cooked to order items were nice to have.

"We loved our stay very much and will definitely be returning from the staff to the location and simply beautiful views we couldn’t ask for anything better the only suggestion is that they add dresser’s with draws so you can putt your cloths out instead of having to use your suit cases."
