The ground floor features an air-conditioned living room with an open kitchen, a dining table that seats 8, and a bathroom with a shower.

The ground floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV. Three bedrooms open onto a large balcony with a beautiful view of the Brijuni Islands.
The fourth bedroom has an en suite bathroom.

A high chair and a cot are available for families with children.

Bedding, towels, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge.

A security deposit of €300 is due upon arrival and will be refunded upon departure.
