The detached villa, built in 2023, is modern and luxuriously furnished. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a holiday home settlement, on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and the sunny waterfront location. This holiday property is a family-friendly, historic and romantic accommodation. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue and sink, table for 12 people.  
  
**Location**  
Vodice. The villa is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed water plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence, a hedce and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) is available in a carport and on the property.  
  
**Special**  
Air conditioning, electric heating. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron, ironing board, washing machine and tumble dryer. Television reception via aerial, satellite. The accommodation is furnished to be allergy-friendly.  
For your **safety**, the accommodation is equipped with an alarm system, CO2 detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit and childproofed sockets.  
**Hygiene measures:** Protective masks, disinfectant and final cleaning with disinfection. The final cleaning is carried out by a professional company. Regional health guidelines are observed.
