Single-family house "Okit", 2 storeys. 5 km from the centre of Vodice, in a quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the sea. Private: property 3'000 m2 with trees, swimming pool angular (32 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 4 km, pebble beach 6 km, public bathing area 6 km. Marina 5 km, cycle lane 6 km. Nearby attractions: NP Krka 25 km, Aquapark 27 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Vransko jezero 20 km.  
2-room house 94 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 80 - 230 cm with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). No heating option. Deck chairs. View of the swimming pool. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Solar-powered energy. Electricity through solar energy system and therefore subject to fluctuations due to weather conditions. Limited use of electrical appliances (air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher).
