Man sieht, dass immer wieder verbessert wird. Die Zimmeraufteilung war für uns mit 4 Parteien ideal. Küche , Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind ein großer, heller Raum mit ausreichender bis großzügiger Bewegungsfreiheit.Im Außenbereich gibt es mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten, so dass man zu jeder Zeit Schatten oder Sonne findet. Die luftige, überdachte Lounge bietet neben einem Kühlschrank, einer Bar mit Outdoorküche auch zwei Fernseher.Der Pool ist sauber und lang genug um darin schwimmen zu können.Als Hundebesitzer war uns der große, komplett ummauerte Garten wichtig.Cista Velika ist ein beschauliches Dorf und ideal gelegen um bequem das Meer oder die nächsten Städte zu erreichen. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig und man hört stundenlang nur sich selbst. Bei einem Bauern im Dorf kann man frische, ganz leckere Mandeln kaufen, nicht zu vergleichen mit den harten Dingern, die man bei uns kaufen kann. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge wie zum Nationalpark Krka oder archäologischen Stätten ist es günstig gelegen.Wir haben zwei Restaurants besucht. Das urige, die Tradition pflegende Roca und das Marin, mit heimischen und internationalen Gerichten. Im Roca gibt es auch einen Laden mit selbsterzeugtem Schinken, Salami und anderen Leckereien. Das wichtigste: Der Pool ist sehr schön sauber. Herr Perkovic hat das Objekt übernommen und wir waren die ersten Gäste. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber es war alles was man braucht vorhanden. Wenn uns etwas gefehlt hat, wie zusätzliche Liegen oder Handtücher, hat Herr Perkovic es am nächsten Tag vorbeigebracht. Die komplette Abwicklung und Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr unkompliziert. Er spricht Deutsch und ist sehr nett. Das Dorf Cista Velika liegt etwas fernab, hat aber einen kleinen Supermarkt, ein Café mit Billard und Darts und einen kleinen Imbiss, an dem man Qualitativ besseres Essen bekommt als in den meisten Restaurants in Kroatien, zu einem sehr günstigen Preis. Man hat in der Umgebung mehrere schöne Strände und Städte zur Auswahl. Man muss aber immer 20 min mit dem Auto fahren. Wem das nichts ausmacht, der kann hier einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. ##### Kai S. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war Hervorragend, man konnte sich bei Fragen jederzeit an ihn wenden. Da wir einen Sightseeing Urlaub geplant hatten, war Cista Velika ein recht guter Ausgangspunkt. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Orte Vodice, Sibenik, Zadar und auch der kleine Ort Pirovac sind zum verweilen perfekt. Ebenfalls lohnt sich ein Ausflug zum Nationalpark Krka. Im Ort Cista Velika findet man eine Bäckerei (die Besitzerin ist super Nett), einen kleines Geschäft, eine Bar und ein kleiner Barbecue Grill. ##### Michael F. Manche Dinge waren schon länger benutzt, aber sauber und in Ordnung. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Hilft schnell und zuverlässig. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge geeignet. In Fuß- und Laufnähe ist ein Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Ansonsten muss man das Auto nehmen. Die Orte in der Umgebung sind nett und immer für einen Besuch gut.
