I had a very nice stay. The room was spotless and all furniture and curtains looked brand new. My check in could have been better. I did not get the room i reserved because that hotel was closed for renovations. They sent a message to tell me and give me instructions to check in at their other accommodations nearby. I was already at the property, though. Other than that, great stay!

Can really recommend it

Really lovely place. Room was great, top location and the owner was super helpful, the power went in our room and they got an electrician there straight away and fixed it for us while we had dinner Food was also really good and huge portions.

Excellent place close to beach

This is a clean and welcoming place to stay. You are close walking distance to the beach, 20 minute walk to the city and some great restaurants and small markets and bakeries near by. We extended our stay here.
An excellent restaurant nearby and we’ll worth going to, not only is the food plentiful and delicious. But just to the right of it, you are coming down the road by the beach is the road you turn right on to get to Vila Arial

Second stay at Arial and same good service. Some furniture items could do with a little tlc but for a very reasonable price you get everything you need. Owners are very helpful and will do most things if asked. Breakfast is to die for and reasonable at €5, perhaps a little too reasonable. Shops are closed by as well as several restaurants and bars and the beach is a 3 minute walk away

Close to beach, 15 minutes walk from town

We were in a great location a quick walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to the city of Vlore. There are some great restaurants nearby as well as markets and coffee shops. The only thing we did wrong was follow google maps though it brought us there we did walk through a sketchy area. We quickly figured out instead just walk to the beach and go right in about 15 minutes as it’s easy to find. It’s in a nice area but the wifi is not what you are use to in North America. We liked it so much here we actually extended our stay.

The room was strangely humid and very close to the grouped areas, it was quite difficult to not hear people breakfasting However everything was clean and the area was safe

The property itself is lovely, well maintained, and picturesque. The staff were helpful and provided a wonderful breakfast. I don't know if this was typical, but there was a neighborhood dog that barked constantly, all night long. I feel badly for the property as that is not their fault, but I was unable to get any sleep at all as a result.

We stayed at the Beach Lodge, but there was no beach view, the only view was to an old wall, ruins of an old building and tall trees. We did not hear the waves of the ocean. Rooms are very nice and beds very comfortable. The bathroom however is tiny, no storage possibilities for personal items, no hooks for towels. The Shower was bad. Once used, the whole bathroom was under water and toilet seat, toilet paper and sink was wet. The whole floor flooded. We had two rooms, the tv of one room was not working at all. In the other room the tv went on twice in the middle of the night, with the control far away - really scary. The doors have windows, unfortunately the white light of the hallway shines through the whole night, which makes the room very bright in the night. Breakfast was included and very good and traditional. You have to walk to the main hotel to have it, which is a 5 minute walk. Staff very friendly and helpful. Accomodation very clean. Beach, walking distance but very dirty. Further up it is much nicer

The property is absolutely fine for people wanting no frills. There is plenty of space for 2 people but the apartment comes across as if they aren't quite sure what to put in there. There was no kettle, only 3 of each piece of cutlery and only 1 teaspoon, 3 cups and 3 glasses which is strange as the apartment can sleep 4 people. A small sofa would be a fantastic addition as well as the availability of extra heavy blankets. There were no instructions for the cooker or any checkout instructions. All simple things to make the stay more comfortable and could add value for the owners. I would also suggest the option of a welcome basket would also be a welcome option (obviously at an additional cost) The walk to town is about 10 minutes but the local bars like bar minimal is an excellent destination with good food and beer and well worth a visit Don't believe the stereotypes, Albania is wonderful, give it a go and be pleased

The place was dirty, trash everywhere, the toilet had no seat, it was broken. Nobody has helped me with my refund. the place looked really nice in photos but unfortunately it wasn’t at all what we experienced. I am so disappointed. I traveled with my family and kids. This was very very disappointing. We ended up leaving, booking another hotel, and we tried to contact someone, but nobody answered.

Hotel was in good location with great staff and very helpful. Like other people have commented it's a shame to get isolated down the street away from everyone and I believe that if you make a booking you should be informed of that, some will be happy with that others like me won't and can choose somewhere else to stay, I kind of felt conned when I turned up and was told welcome but you're not staying here we've put you in the overflow accommodation

It was okay and underwhelming. The description and photos were deceiving. They have 7 to 8 “villas” which are just apartments. The main place was beautiful and that is where we wanted to stay but there was no explanation or details given so we ended up at one of the other places. The room itself was okay, nothing crazy. It was annoying that for four people, there was only one roll of toilet paper. Also the windows and door didn’t have blinds so when the sun rose, it blinded us so early in the morning. Vlora has so many other beautiful hotels that are worth it. The amount I paid was disappointing. I don’t blame the lady who managed and cleaned that apartment. She was very kind and understanding. But the manager was very arrogant and not helpful.
