It was antiquated and there wasn't enough lighting, needed new fixtures. - The wifi coverage was extremely poor and was barely available in certain areas around the resort. - Drinking water bottles weren't provided and had to be purchased or filled from the bar. - The staff were overworked and the fatigue was visible in their service. - The buffet food options were repetitive, bland and underwhelming at times. - There weren't many options for indoor/ outdoor games for adults. - At one point it seemed that the resort wasn't prepared or well equipped to accommodate or facilitate a high footfall of guests. - The coral and sunset cruises were disappointing.
