Con sus espectaculares vistas, orientado frente a la ría de Viveiro, este perfecto y equipado apartamento, nos hará soñar; sentir su fresca brisa veraniega, su característico olor marino, o el sabor de una espectacular villa medieval tan rica culturalmente como en su variada gastronomía gallega, sus espectaculares playas, paseos, shopping, etc..  
Situado en el mismo centro de Viveiro en un edificio singular, moderno y de nueva construcción, los huéspedes dispondrán de servicios como una espectacular piscina en la misma planta.  
Aparcamiento justo delante del edificio, valorado en Viveiro en los meses de verano.  
  
The Space:  
Propone todas las comodidades de un apartamento urbano, equipado con dos habitaciones con sus respectivos y completos cuartos de baño, muy tranquilos para el descanso, dejando la estupenda terracita con sus vistas marinas, en el lado ría, accediendo tanto desde el comedor com desde la cocina. Es perfecto para una familia con niños, o para aventureros que viajan en intimidad qué saben disfrutar de villas estratégicas, como la histórica Villa de Viveiro, en perfecta armonía con una estancia de calidad.  
A muy pocos minutos paseando (5m), tenemos la playa de Covas y en sentido contrario, en el mismo paseo marítimo justo debajo del apto, nos adentramos en el casco histórico de Viveiro, con sus restaurantes, murallas, bares, tiendas y monumentos históricos de una riqueza cultural propia de una villa con historia.  
La taberna Cornelius y el Asador La Quinta sirven algunas de las mejores tapas del lugar. El pulpo del Recuncho y el churrasco del mirador de San Roque son otras delicias que podemos catar en el entorno. Direcciones Playa, puerto y paseo fluvial se encuentran a corta distancia, lo que hace innecesario el uso del coche durante la estancia en esta propiedad. Las playas para hacer surf o las rutas de senderismo se suceden a lo largo de la costa y se recomienda disponer de coche para descubrir la zona.
