The grounds are beautifully maintained. They have kept the medieval nature of the surrounding with modern amenities at this great hotel. Food is delicious and Allegar as well as Calao is excellent in every way. The best tarta de queso Vasca that I’ve had had has been at the restaurant at the hotel. . Thanks for your hospitality.
