Firstly, the door was broken. The staff had to replace the entire lock system the following day, which meant a night/day with easy access to the room. Secondly, the air conditioning was broken and the engineer was on site regularly to try and fix it. Eventually they refunded one night accommodation because the air conditioner couldn’t be fixed in one of the three bedrooms (and boy oh boy was it hot and unusable). Thirdly, the air conditioner in another bedroom overflowed and leaked water everywhere. Despite all of this, we loved the place and had a great time. Beautiful staff and a gorgeous place with great food, pools and drinks. Would go back!"
