This place is nice! To start, the staff's communication is excellent! Everyone was quick to answer my questions! So thank you for that! Next, the location was great! The coded doors and gated parking provided added security, which we appreciated! Next, the suite was beautiful! I love the updated decor and the cleanliness of the space! The beds were super comfortable! My husband, son, and I discussed this throughout our stay! And the rain showerhead in the shower was an added treat! I also love that they made supplies available in the communal supply closet. The last thing we wanted to do was inconvenience anyone at all hours, so being able to access those items 24/7 was perfect! Also, the food locations nearby were good! Jackson's was our favorite and so DELICIOUS! Lastly, being that the building is surrounded by concrete and asphalt, if you bring a pet, please note they have a small area for your pet to relieve themselves consisting of landscape rocks underneath the outside stairs. There is no designated grassy or astroturfed pet area available on site. I shared my ideas, hoping they'd consider them in the future. They were very kind and considerate of my suggestions. All in all, the hospitality and suite were on point. Beautiful accommodations and exceptional customer service. Thank you, Alan & Pam, for providing a great place! :) ##### Char R.
