The property was well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast was amazing! Thank you for providing gluten free options :). The fitness center was also very clean and had a variety of high quality equipment.

Was very clean inside. They keep sidewalk clean of snow.. Breakfast had lots of options even gluten free.Food was fresh and had good flavor. Jen was awsome helping me out with a taxi service and list of place that would deliver even in the snow . Will be back .

We've stayed at this hotel several times. Great services, very clean, good breakfast. They have changed to large shared toiletries which I'm not of a fan of and our bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Towels, bathmat, shower curtains and walls were heavily stained. Sheet had multiple blood stains. Pillow case was horribly stained yellow (I assume from someone else's sweat) and toilet wasn't cleaned - had someone else's urine on it when we arrived.

Noisy elevator next door.
We stayed in room 220. I listened to the elevator all night, as I’m a very light sleeper even using earplugs. We stayed two nights and I couldn’t wait to get back in my quiet bed at home.

Being the only hotel in town I had to select this hotel to stay for two nights, made my the reservation through Expedia at the check in I was told that I need to request for room service otherwise they will not clean the room, which was okay with me, as long as there are enough towels I can make the bed and keep everything tidy. For some reason I was put in a handy capped room on the first floor where there was not enough room to stand in the bath tub due to all the handle bars and benches. The king size bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets felt like sand paper and might even had bed bugs as my legs shows that was bitten by something.

Very clean, friendly staff. Fitness room was very nice, pool and hot tub were much enjoyed. Rooms were a little tight but clean. Breakfast had great options.
