Needs a real kitchen garbage can… not an oversized bathroom can and needs some additional baking sheets, but overall the condo itself was great. Very disappointed we could not use the patio due to the overly large spiders and covered in spiders. Hallway walls and ceilings were the same. Owners and HOA should be on top of that and having professional sprayers to keep them from over taking areas. We stayed in another condo in same building a few years ago and this seems to be a new issue as there werent problems last time. Overall we recommened this building and condo. ##### Beth E. Kitchen was ill-equipped with cheap utensils, no drink mixer or strainer, the balcony was very filthy dirty. We had to sweep it and the furniture on the balcony had no cushions. Talk about rattan butt? lol many many spider webs under the soffit and on every screen in the windows. The biggest disappointment was the listing bragged about an outdoor pool bar/restaurant which looks like it hasn’t been opened in many years. That was one of the selling points why we selected this place/totally misleading . Let me preface my review by saying I have never rented a condo in a huge complex like this before. I typically rent stand alone beach houses. I was last minute in booking for this year and this was what was available. There is no view from this particular condo what so ever. You are on the 4th floor so lots of elevator rides and a long way to carry stuff back and forth. There are no luggage carts to help either during check in or check out. The pools were nice but were only opened until 7 or 8 most evenings. After a long day of traveling I wanted to relax in the hot tub only to discover that they were not open. I could understand the hours if there were lifeguards but there are not. The pool that has the swim up bar had a ton of kids. We also were told our unit came with a storage unit for all of our gear. We did not get a key at first. We had to call and the rental company has to contact the owner to see if we could use it. The owner agreed and someone brought us a key 2 days later. So our luggage rack just sat behind our car in our parking space. We also had to request a garbage can for the kitchen which we never received, so our garbage just sat in a bag on the floor for the entire week. We had issues with the internet not working at times which is disappointing when a member of your group is trying to work. The parking garage is very tricky as well. We still managed to have a great time, the weather was perfect and the Backbay Wildlife Refuge was right next door and it is beautiful. Overall I recommend Sandbridge as a great spot to vacation, just wasn’t too thrilled with the condo compared to what I’m used to renting. ##### Valerie H. ---
