If you are looking for a cheaper stay that isn't ocean front this is the place for you! Mellow mushroom is right across the street and the best breakfast in VA B, Pocahontas, is one block away! We had a great stay and will be back!

the room was clean but the sheets were stained when i looked closely. they provided a new blanket. staff was friendly and helpful. you get what you pay for honestly. the property was just very motel-ish with huge roaches running around outside. not mad at it very cheap price!

Pros: Pleasantly surprised by the interior being very clean and updated. The exterior is a little dated but the location is fantastic. Right across the street from beach access. The staff was very helpful and allowed us to park in the 1 included parking spot prior to check in so we could enjoy the beach. Cons: We did not use the pool as it was pretty small and we did not use the continental breakfast as the room and amount was very small compared to number of guests. Due to the location it was pretty loud (as expected) and even with the curtains the room was pretty bright. There was only 1 elevator but we never had any issues with waiting.

Only issue i had was the faucet in the bathroom would stop and come out forcefully and splash all over. Like it wasnt used for a while. Everything else was great. Bed was comfortable. Right across the street feom the beach and close to restuarants.
