Beautiful Location in Resort 302A

This a unique property Virginia Beach Oceanfront area located in the heart of the best location of the resort where you see the sunrise and sunset from your elevator access roof deck. 5 minute walk to the board walk, 2 blocks from grocery and ABC store. 3 blocks from two entertainment stages. The triplex building has three 5 bedroom 5 bath units with off street and on street parking. These units can be divided several ways all private because of design, showing is a 3 bedroom 3 bath unit. Please send a note if you have questions. Walking distance to the best bar and restaurants with many amenities added.
New building especially designed for the parents, children and grandchildren to enjoy their week vacation at the beach and create those memories. Instead of hiding away in the isolation of a beach Sand Bridge stay here and enjoy it all. Short drive north or south for that isolated beach, but the safe lifeguarded beach is 5 minutes from your front door, with parking. Third floor three bedrooms. Master with own bath, Jack and Jill two bedrooms one bathroom. Fourth floor living area with sofa bed and full bath, two wall TV viewing from kitchen to living. Two large door sliders to catch a breeze or just the views. Enjoy the gas fire glass fireplace. Island seating and dinning table. Move the food off the rooftop grill or dinner on the roof deck as the sunsets. Washer and dryer on third floor. Think cruise ship once onboard you have it all. Bring your coffee to the roof deck for the rise and your glass wine for the sunset. The building is a hurricane designed(windows and floors) commercial building. Lighted common areas halls and garage, fire sprinklers, smoke and carbon detectors throughout. Insulation and sound proofing(the whole exterior of the building is foamed and bat insulation to the max, including interior walls. ( you will need to go to the roof deck or open your window to hear the waves of the beach. Enjoy the roof deck firepit and grill cookout without the pesky summer bugs, staying in a ground floor house.

A great location, and a clean and spacious place!

Can't say enough about this place! Everything is clean, with a fully stocked kitchen for house chefs indoors and grill masters on the spacious roof-top deck. The location was perfect for my family, as well as friends that had visited for dinners. It's a block and a half from the beach, shopping and dining, which is so much quieter at night than being on the shore. Also, Jon was a pleasure to talk to and was easily accessible whenever needed.

Great location

It wasn’t the exact unit that I originally looked at but pretty much the exact thing! Jon answered all of our questions and was super helpful when we needed something. Also got a great treat with the oceana sea show on the rooftop!

Lovely place to stay

Had a family gathering here for a long weekend. Loved the location and convenience. The facility was spacious enough for family. Kids enjoyed fusball table and roof top was very special. Coffee and a beach view.

Great Location

Parking situation was a bit frustrating. The pictures of the interior were misleading. The furniture had stains and the baseboards and quarter round was dingy. The mail level floors had many scarred areas and although bathrooms and kitchen were clean, all other surfaces were dusty, including all of the blinds. For the price for 3 nights the condition of interior were not what we were expecting
