Gorgeously situated on a large corner lot with an in-ground pool, a private dock, and spectacular views of Back Bay, this waterfront home provides three levels of living space with multiple decks to help you admire the magnificent scenery. Beach access is also easy here - you'll be a few minutes' walk from the ocean. This waterfront home features designer decor throughout, two gas fireplaces to enjoy in the off-season, and a newly renovated (2024), upscale kitchen with brand-new appliances and an induction stove. The ground floor is home to a spacious great room/game room with a gas fireplace and a wet bar. The great room opens to a wrap-around deck and the best view of the bay. There are five bedrooms on this floor as well, including one primary suite. Upstairs on the second floor, you'll find a second great room with a gas fireplace and a large dining area to seat everyone together. The kitchen opens to the dining room and includes a breakfast nook. There are three bedrooms on this level, including another primary suite. The third floor features a fantastic theater room with movie-style seating and a large TV. The two bedrooms on this level are both expansive primary suites. Additional Amenities TVs with cable are available in the shared living spaces and four bedrooms. The remaining six bedrooms feature Smart TVs with streaming apps for your convenience (guests must use their own accounts). Free WiFi is available throughout the house, along with a gas grill. We loved the home and the sunsets in the backyard over the bay. This is the perfect home for multiple families with children of all ages. Beautiful theatre and game room. Easy access to the beach and to the bay. Beautifully furnished home and stocked kitchen. Multiple dishwashers, two washers, two dryers, and two grills. Large full size fridge and freezer. Ice machine and two coffee machines. Perfect home for a large family reunion or small group or small church retreat. Easy access to the beach (5 min flat walk by road), Beautiful swimming pool, in the bay for kayaking and paddle boarding meant there was something for everyone. The best feature of this house is the extensive decks with Adirondack chairs on two levels. Some overlook the bay in the pool so even those who wanted to stay in the shade could watch the activity in the pool. The Virginia Beach boardwalk is about 30 minutes away and we went there a couple nights but mostly chose the quieter Sandbridge. When we had one issue with one of the showers maintenance was very prompt in responding. I’ve been planning these family reunion trips for 10 years and I don’t think you can go wrong with this house. ##### Kelly S. Location is fantastic. Easy walk to the beach, the pier and the Baja restaurant. House was clean! This was so pleasant since we stayed at Siebert Realty and Sandbridge Realty homes in the past and they were multiple problems and dirty. With NO online reviews with the realty firms you go in blind. We were fed up and jumped ship for VRBO. Bay Breeze was in GREAT SHAPE! Pool has zero shade. We brought 3- 8x8 pop up tents to create shade. Kitchen is well supplied with equipment. Great parking, great outdoor seating on porches. We brought extra chairs for around the pool. Wish they would have given extra towels - but there are 2 washers & 2 dryers so it was easy to do laundry. Property manager was easy to communicate with - quick responses to questions during our stay. We had 1 issue with a dirty shower curtain - and it was replaced the next day. We have stayed at about 10 different homes on the island over the years and family said this was a favorite. ##### Mary S. It comfortably accommodated 24 family members with adequate space to gather and places where we could still have privacy to read or just enjoy the view away from the noise. The house has recently been improved with a remodeled kitchen and the bathrooms and flooring have been upgraded. Beds are comfortable and HVAC works great. The interior was beautiful and striking as we first entered the home. It was nice last time we were here but was another level up this time. So bright and cheerful. The location is great. Decks face the bay on the east side and provide a really enjoyable view of peaceful water and various birds and animals in the morning. There is a dock for those who like to fish. The dock has recently been worked on and is quite steady. There is no ladder. Our younger family members are really into animals and enjoyed finding turtles, frogs, and other fauna around the bay. The beach is only a two block walk from the house. We would load a pickup with the beach canopies and toys and drop them off at the nice access at the end of Sea Scape Road and either park the truck or bring it back to the house and walk back to the beach. Sandbridge Beach is large and clean. There is no lifeguard at the Sea Scape area, but there are guards a couple miles north or a about a mile south. When weary of the beach, there is a nice clean swimming pool available at the house and an outside shower on the lower deck to wash sand off before entering. When needed for a plumbing issue, Vacasa was responsive via a local realty during normal business hours and was quite responsive. No interruption to our vacation. Grandkids are already asking to go back to "that house." I'm sure we will be back to Baybreeze. ##### William P. Lots of room to get together or find a private quiet place to rest. The house and the pool were very clean upon our arrival. Appliances worked and the kitchen was well stocked with the necessary utensils. We had some storms during our week and the theater room was a life savior for keeping the kids happy on vacation. The location of this property is outstanding. You have the bay in the morning and the kids enjoyed finding critters and exploring. The beach access is at Sea Scape and is only a couple of blocks away. The dock was a disappointment. It is described in the ad but did not have a ladder safe enough for the kids and we didn't kayak during our stay as we usually do. Had enough other activities with the pool, basketball hoop, pool table, and pool that there were no complaints. Importantly, we would stay in this house again. ##### WILLIAM P. The pier was condemned prior to our arrival and we were not informed. This was a bummer for the avid fishermen and kids in our family. Also not sure how/where you would load kayaks as there is no ladder from pier to bay unless that was removed too. Gorgeous sunsets, spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The queen bedroom is the master on the lower level (room 5 for those using the virtual tour feature), that was a bummer too. A few of the bathroom showers had poor water pressure, but we made do by sharing around the house. This is the first house that was well equipped in the kitchen and the ice machine was one of our favorite features!! We look forward to our 2023 stay here! ##### Laura I. ---
