This beautiful condo is fully furnished for all your beach enjoyment. Offering TVs in all the bedrooms, a fully equipped top-of-the-line kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you need, and enough space to fit your friends or family, this is truly the home away from home you need! When you first walk into the open living area you are met with beautiful beach decor and furnishings for the whole family. There are two full-size reclining sofas and two oversized chairs with a large HD TV with a DVD player with premium cable service. Choose one of the various books or games to play around the condo, or enjoy one of the beautiful views from the oceanfront balcony located off the living room area. And don't forget we have free internet service! The living area has also been recently upgraded with beautiful ceramic tile throughout or enjoy the beautiful custom mural painting in the foyer. In the kitchen area, we have provided all the basic mealware and cookware your family chef needs to make the best family dinners. Try the local farms and seafood to compliment your already creative feasts while dining on the full-size dining room table. Take the festivities outside and enjoy your food on the outdoor dining set or the beautiful Adirondack chairs. Inside, we have enough seating and even additional bar height stool seating just off the granite countertops for everyone in the family or even those unexpected visitors! There is ample amount of cabinet and pantry space for any additional items you think to bring as well. In each bedroom suite, we have provided a comfortable king or queen bed with an additional twin-size daybed and twin trundle bed in the second bedroom for all your family members to have comfortable sleeping arrangements! Each bedroom is also fully furnished with a dresser and/or nightstand set, closet space, and private bathroom access. There is also an HD TV in each bedroom for all late night TV shows with premium cable services. Lastly, we have given you access to our very convenient garage-level storage closet which is equipped with almost everything you'll need for a fun day at the beach, so leave all your beach stuff behind and keep the car less packed! We provide beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, and a lot of sand toys for everyone! It's all waiting for you to make your own Footprints By The Shore! The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools, and two fitness centers. Please note that cell phone service in the area can be spotty, and Wi-Fi connectivity may be limited at times due to the location of the home. There is a landline available for guest use. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. All of the furniture in the family room reclined and was super comfortable. Cons: the bed pillows were horrible and seemed surprisingly cheap, given what the rest of the unit was like. The king bed is very high and didn't have any kind of step stool to enable us to get on it so we had to sleep in the other rooms. Parking is a nightmare, and it takes a lot of driving around the parking deck to locate your spot. There is no rhyme or reason for how the spaces are marked. They are in no particular order and are not logical. Whoever designed the plan must have been the same person who designed the roads in Seattle. ##### Susan J. The unit was overall nice, with new furniture & nice chairs on deck. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need utensil wise. The unit could have been cleaner, The master bathroom was not clean. There was hair in the tub/shower, fingernail clippings on the sink and dirt on the floor. I had to clean it before use. The common areas were fairly clean, including the kitchen. There was a lot of sand on the floors and the vacuum there does not work well. I loved the on-site washer and dryer! It was odd that there were no rugs down in any of the bathrooms but I found them rolled up under the sink. There were dishes in the dishwasher, clean but not put away from the previous visit. I would suggest to bring your own pillows, the ones on the master bed are thin. The AC worked great! It was a nice area of the beach and everyone seemed to be friendly and the area felt safe. Footprints is a spacious and well-appointed condo with plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfy and the couches seemed new this year. Bring your jacket! The condo was beautiful and spacious! There were two balconies facing the ocean which were a highlight. It was well stocked with cookware and tableware. Our only compliant is that we needed to buy paper supplies and basic cooking supplies like salt and pepper. The pools closed way to early and opened way to late. As a swimmer I like to swim laps early in the morning. Access to the pool should be from like 6am to 10pm. Also the outdoor showers did not work, so there was no way to clean off sand. Our unit was nice, and the three full bathrooms an added plus. We had a good time. Plenty of cooking gear too. The patio's look great in the photo's and gave a nice view of the ocean and sunrises. But the patio's were loaded with spiders and spider webs. So we did not want to sit out there very long as spiders were dropping down for a visit. And the windows looking out toward the beach were very dirty and full of spiders and spider webs too. ##### Charley C. The water pressure was good - so the showers were delightful. Plenty of kitchen gear including a fancy Keurig with a coffee pot option. Comfortable beds, A/C worked great, close to the pool and access to the beach. Only draw back was the spiders on the balcony and in the windows. The spiders kept us off the balcony as the little critters would drop down frequently. My son purchased some spider spray, but the little critters would not go away. Also the pool hours should be 6am to 10pm. Opening late and closing early is a bummer. I am a morning lap swimmer and there is no reason to not open the pool early in the morning. Also the outside showers do not work so everyone everywhere is tracking sand into the Sanctuary. The place had not been cleaned, just beds made. So that was frustrating, had to clean it to make decent. Rental co sent same cleaners out,still didn't clean it properly. Shame because it was a nice place. Just soured the experience. Couldnt access fitness center because we didn't have a code to get in. ##### Damien W. The furniture in the property was different from what was pictured (not a huge deal). The place wasn't clean - the floors were dirty and disgusting, sheets in one of the bedrooms were sandy before we even slept in them, there were globs of hair in the master bathroom, the balconies were filthy and had tons of spiders, the washer/dryer/dishwasher smelled terrible, the elevators felt like death traps, and the pool in our building was closed until the last day. I didn't go on vacation to clean someone else's property - that should have been done before we arrived. This was terribly disappointing for the amount of money that was spent and we definitely won't be returning. I don't plan on staying at any properties managed by Vacasa in the future. ##### Amber S.
