"We enjoyed our stay at GDW. The room was very clean and comfortable. This is a basic no frills hotel. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Overall the room was very quiet but we were by the stairs and the door kept slamming. The free breakfast was very good and filling. We have stayed here in the past and will stay here again. Our only complaint is the cigarette smoke in the casino. The casino needs better ventilation. We did not bowl this time but enjoyed it last time. There is a strip mall across the street with restaurants, Dollar Tree and Grocery Outlet. Parking is usually available and convenient."

"I had a great stay at the J Resort! Parking was easy to access from multiple sides of the building, and even arriving around 6 PM on a Friday, I had no trouble finding a spot. Check-in was quick, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Since this was my first visit, they provided clear directions to the correct tower. However, better signage directing guests to the front desk would be helpful, along with more information about the restaurants, buffet, and current specials. The room was spacious, very clean, and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was nicely updated with plenty of towels and a walk-in shower, which I prefer over a bathtub. My main suggestion for improvement would be to add more EV charging stations. Having charging available was one of the reasons I chose this property, but there appeared to be only five stations. Doubling that number would be a great improvement for guests traveling with electric vehicles. Overall, the property was clean, the staff was welcoming, parking was convenient, and the room was comfortable. I would definitely stay at the J Resort again!"
