We loved the beautiful hardscaping out back and the hot tub is in just the right spot for spectacular stargazing. The short drive to Zion is stunning, there's a delicious restaurant, Balcony One, just a few minutes away, and Zion Vineyards was a reasonable drive for an awesome tasting. The house is located 20 min from the Springdale entrance to Zion NP, within 2 hrs of Bryce and Snow Canyon NP, in a sleepy little community. When we walked into the house, their first impression was WOW! It's an adorable property, charmingly renovated and designed. The kids loved the bunk bed room, the separate bungalow, the hot tub with a home theater outside! Virgin is a tiny community but in a 5 minute drive there is a large supermarket in LaVerkin and some really good restaurants! And of course, Springdale and Zion are 15 minutes away by car. Communication with the owner, Jace, was excellent and easy. He's a great host and was receptive to my suggestions of a few small repairs that needed to be done to keep the house tip top. Great stay!
