Experience the charm of the French Ardennes in this charming, detached villa at the foot of Mont Vireux. This charming house, built in 1874, accommodates 12 to 15 people and is a wonderful destination for a holiday with family or friends, a retreat, or an inspiring gathering. Here, space, comfort, nature, and history come together.

Plenty of space for a relaxing group stay 🏡

The villa is situated on a fenced-in property of 1,250 m² and offers plenty of space to enjoy time together as well as to retreat for some privacy. There are five spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a sixth bedroom with a bunk bed and a cot. There are three additional beds in the attic.

You can unwind in the cosy living room with a wood-burning stove and TV. The large dining room with a round table is the ideal spot for shared meals, long conversations, or a meeting. For relaxation, there’s a cosy game and TV room with a pool table, shuffleboard, and board games. In the attic, you can watch a film together using the projector or play a game of table tennis.
The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking for a group easy. You’ll find a large stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and various coffee makers. Outside, a lovely terrace awaits with a lounge area, barbecue, and campfire pit: a great spot to enjoy the view of the green, wooded surroundings.

The villa is located in Vireux-Molhain, a lively village on the Meuse River. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find bakeries serving fresh croissants and baguettes, cosy fry shops, pizzerias, kebab shops, and an authentic French restaurant. There’s also a café and a small supermarket.
Just 1.5 kilometres away is a large Intermarché with a petrol station and a fast-charging station for electric cars.

The surrounding area is perfect for walking, exploring historic spots, and enjoying nature. In July, Vireux-Molhain and the neighbouring town of Vireux-Wallerand jointly organise a spectacular fireworks show over the Meuse River.
The villa is also centrally located for day trips. Dinant is about a half-hour drive away; Charleville-Mézières, Namur, and Charleroi are about an hour’s drive away. Luxembourg is about two hours away.

Fancy a day full of magic or a visit to Paris? Disneyland Paris is about a 2.5-hour drive away. In about three hours, you’ll reach the Château de Vincennes car park, from where you can take the metro to the centre of Paris.
