"Adonis was a gracious host, and we especially enjoyed talkig with Nikki, who was part of the staff. Our apartment was spacious, and had a nice balcony with a nice city view that also looked out on the Fortezza. Adonis oriented us to the neighborhood with suggestions and a map. We had kitchen facilities that were very convenient and our bed and air conditioning made our sleep very comfortable. We were even able to easily extend our stay on short notice. "Highly recommend this lovely family run hotel in a quiet location outside rethymno. Beach is down the road. The entire staff/family was warm, welcoming and professional. "Summer Dream was the best hotel we could ask for. It was extremely modern, great view, and the town of Rethymno has a wonderful downtown area. If you go, I recommend Achinos, I believe it is spelled. The best food we had in Greece. Summer dream is also located next to many markets including SKYNKA, which is walking distance. I would absolutely recommend staying here. It was the best part of our trip in Crete. "
