Mountain stay

Uneventful hotel in the mountains while crossing from Oslo to Haugesund. Great views and good for cross country skiing. They accept dogs! Small bar en restaurant with limited choice but seemed home made. A bit of a mix up with the room reservation, they claimed we booked two rooms, but was sorted. Room was modern and food bed and noce shower. Nothing extra but a fair offering.

The room was okay and felt clean. The bathroom got completely wet when using the shower so would be nice to have a better solution for that. The food was quite average and some of the breakfast looked expired. Staff was friendly and the environment was beautiful. Okay for one night stay!

Vi - äldre pensionärer - fann det här hotellet via sökning på internet. Såg trevligt ut och låg passande till för oss som var på bilresa runt i södra Norge - med Bergen som nästa stopp. Vi var mycket nöjda av vårt besök där vår kvällsmåltid i restaurangen blev en lugn stund i sällskap med utmärkt god mat. Frukosten var riklig och blev till en fin start inför en fortsatt bilresa…

Vågslidtun hotell var en hyggelig positiv overraskelse. Stedet ligger helt inntil Haukelivegen, i nydelige omgivelser ved Vågslivatnet. Ble møtt av en hyggelig mann i resepsjonen, både ved innsjekk og utsjekk. Ellers ikke noen kontakt med personalet, bortsett da vi spiste middag. Gutten som oppvartet oss ved middagen var hyggelig nok, men kunne ønsket han snakket litt norsk. Når det gjelder maten var den helt utmerket. Spesielt frokosten var overdådig og veldig god. Renhold og fasiliteter var også utmerket. Rommet var ikke luksuriøst, men mer enn godt nok, skinnende rent og med nydelig utsikt mot Vågslivatnet. Fasilitetene innendørs var vakre. Prisen på 1895 kroner for dobbeltrom, er også akseptabelt. Vågslidtun hotell er absolutt å anbefale. Meget fint sted!

1 nuit à Haukeli

1 nuit de passage en famille avec 2 chambres. Très bel hotel avec une vue idyllique sur un lac. Les lits sont très confortables et la chambre d'une dimension convenable. Petit déjeuner à volonté avec tout ce qu'il faut. Le restaurant est très bon avec des plats locaux. Je recommande même si un peu cher
