This home had it all! We enjoyed every bit of it! Gloria and Rick could not have been kinder! They are on their own level of hospitality! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this home! The sunrises were unreal! Very comfortable for the 9 of us!

Relaxing and Beautiful!
My family and I have stayed here multiple times and each time has been wonderful. The views are breathtaking and the house has everything that you would need. The house and outside area are so relaxing as it feels like home. The hot tub was so refreshing. Rick and Gloria are so accommodating as well. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved everything about this place. It has an amazing view of the lake and a great fenced in outdoor area. The house was decorated so cute and was stocked with everything you would need. The owners also reached out and made sure we had everything we needed. We came here to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday as well as Thanksgiving and all my children fell in love with it. We would definitely rent it again and try it out in the summer. Probably our favorite rental!

Perfect getaway with a perfect lakeview!
We honestly felt this was the best VRBO experience we've had. Sunrise Cottage is a welcoming and perfectly appointed home. The lakeview and sunrise from the patio was spectacular. The hosts are next door and available if you need them. Our doodles loved the large fenced yard. We're already checking the calendar to book our next stay.

This property was one of the best and beautiful places we have stayed through VRBO. The pictures and description did not do it justice. I can’t say enough about the hosts either they were fabulous!! Definitely a 10 plus rating. I look forward to staying there again and again.

Fabulous Views and Accommodations
We were overly impressed with this location and can’t say enough about the house. It was a little slice of paradise on the lake and the hosts did an excellent job at providing anything you would need. From great fishing, beautiful views from the hot tub, beautiful decorations, just all of it. We will definitely be making this an every year venture.

Perfect lake retreat!
We had a great stay, as always. Gloria and Rick go out of their way to make you feel welcome and accommodate any special needs you may have. They are continually updating their property - even though it's perfect the way it is. Stocked with everything you need - and more! There's a reason there are so many return guests!! Beautiful Lakeside Getaway
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home on the lake! The views of the lake were breathtaking, and the house itself was exceptionally well-stocked, making our stay incredibly convenient. Having a grocery store nearby was a big plus, and the fenced-in yard provided privacy and security. One of our favorite features was the screened-in porch, where we could enjoy the lake view without any pesky bugs. Although we didn't get a chance to use the hot tub this time, we're already planning to come back in December to give it a try. The owners were incredibly nice and accommodating throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. We can't wait to return to this beautiful lakeside getaway!

Sunrise Cottage was fabulious!
High up on a cliff you get a 180 degree view of the largest part of Grand Lake. The sunrises was incredable! Rick & Gloria spent no expense in insuring the property was very nicely appointed, decorated and supplied with everything, and more, of what we needed. The hosts were very gracoius and helpful. We had 8 adults and an infant that had a super great weekend. They even had a high chair for our grandchild! Awesome host, incredible cottage with breathtaking views. Thank you Rick and Gloria for a very enjoyable weekend!

Our group of 9 had an amazing stay at Sunrise Cottage! Rick and Gloria are fantastic hosts- incredibly accommodating and helpful. The adorable house was clean and very well-stocked, and offered many seating options for dining/relaxing. Location on the lake is wonderful, as the water is much less busy than other spots. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and plan return! Thank you, Rick and Gloria!

Sunrise cottage was amazing! The property is clean, well maintained and stocked, beautiful views, and easily accessible to stores. We had 5 adults and 3 children ages 6, 4 and 2. Plenty of space for us all. The kids loved "their" bedroom with attached bathroom and little closet area for them to play. We brought our boat and docked it there and they have parking across the street for vehicle and trailer and plenty of space for parking at the house. Rick and Gloria were great hosts. They are mailing us a ring we accidentally left! We recommend this property for a great lake stay!

This is one of the best properties on Grand Lake. It is as good if not better than the pics. It is only 5 min from gas and groceries and right on the lake with the best view!!! Rick and Gloria are right next door if you need anything and they are super nice and helpful.

Serenity by the lake
The property was a super clean oasis by the lake. The whole area was as laid back and serene as it comes or you could seek out some hustle and bustle and activity to spice up the evening within minutes in any direction. The owners were always in the wings for anything you might need.

Great Vacation Getaway!
The views from this house are amazing!! The property, location and house are absolutely wonderful. The house is laid out well and very well stocked. Rick and Gloria are great to work with and always helpful. My wife and I stayed at the house with 6 teenagers and we had a great time. I would recommend this property to almost anyone.

I’ve never seen a vacation rental with the amount of towels that were provided here! The neighborhood is mostly all upscale residences and very quiet. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED!

Lake Paradise
We are already looking to book this place for our family vacay 2024!! Neighborhood, Owners, and the property are all 5 star. Sunrise Cottage has all the comforts of home. We spent many hours on the patio just relaxing and lake watching. The 6 grandkids absolutely loved the lake—swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking— a perfect place to bring all your swim toys!! Fully stocked kitchen- every kitchen appliance possible, crockpots, blenders, mixers, griddle-you name it …it was there. No need to pack food— Reasor’s grocery store is literally like 2 minutes away— with bakery, deli, pharmacy— and good prices, too. Large washer and dryer to clean all those swimsuits. Gloria and Rick were FANTASTIC hosts. Loved meeting them and feel like we have a couple new friends.

Relaxing Retreat at Sunrise Cottage
We were looking for a relaxing retreat for a family member who just started chemo and Sunrise Cottage exceeded our expectations! This place is beautiful inside and out. You can see the owners love of plants and I enjoyed having them around. This house has everything you need just pack a bag, grab some food and you are set. We spent all of our time on the decks overlooking the Grand Lake and the hot tub was so nice. The neon sunrise was one I will not forget and was worth getting up early for. We grilled out and had a fire for smores. Some of us made our way down to the private boat dock for some fishing. Everything was perfect!!

Family Time
This place was 5 star plus in every way possible. The home was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Million dollar views of Grand Lake from the living areas, screened in porch and very nice patio. My family enjoyed fishing, kayaking and swimming from the dock. They have wood handy to build fires at night. We roasted marshmallows and made smores. The home is fenced with a gate. Reasors is a few minutes away. The people working there were some of the friendliest and helpful. I miss the small town atmosphere that Langley offers. Also, the hot tub before bed was a nice bonus. While in the hot tub looking at the stars we saw the spacex dragon capsule with the four astronauts go over us. It was a beautiful site. My family and I had the best time. The owner Rick was very nice and helpful. We can't wait to go back for our next family get together.

Exceeds Expectations!
We really enjoyed our time at Grand Lake. The location, the views, amenities, and overall experience at this cottage far exceeded our expectations. The kitchen had recently been remodeled and the finishes were what one would expect in a primary residence vs. a rental. Truly phenomenal kitchen. The layout is well thought out and there are panoramic views of the lake from the main living space and the primary bedroom. All the bathrooms have modern finishes and the 4 bedroom layout is spacious not cramped. Gloria and Rick are, by far, the most accommodating and hospitable hosts we have ever experienced. The stay exceeded our expectations in every way!

Paradise on Grand Lake
This home is my new benchmark for rentals in which I will stay. Everything about it was perfect and accurately presented in the listing. The decor, cleanliness, comfort and view were all spectacular! Love this house!!
This is our second year coming up to stay. We just love this house. Very easy to get to- just a few minutes from Reasors, right on the lake, beautiful area. The house is beautiful, very well stocked, landscaping is beautiful. They have an amazing deck with a million dollar view and a great hot tub to enjoy it as well as a screened in porch if that is more your style. Great hosts, very nice, very responsive to messages. We just love this place!!!

Best Lakehouse on Grand! Wonderful 4th of July!!
This was our 3rd time renting from Rick and Gloria and it was a spectacular time. They have thought of absolutely everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Beautifully decorated house and fantastic views. We watched the fireworks from every area right on the back deck. Just beautiful. We will be back!!

My daughters and friends and family have been traveling together for 30+ years. Of the 100’s of places we have stayed, this was the very best. Everything was clean, everything was provided and the hosts were so accommodating and friendly. We even had fresh vegetables out of their garden. If your coming to Oklahoma, you will not be disappointed if you book here. They even welcomed our two fur babies. Wonderful hosts.

Amazing Lake Property & Best Hosts
Sunrise Cottage was everything advertised and more! It’s a beautiful lake front property with so much character and charm. From the outside landscaping to the indoor decor, it’s sure to put a smile on your face. However, it’s the lake view from indoors, the screened in porch, the deck, and patio which amazed and relaxed us from morning to night. We stayed there with 4 adults and 4 children between ages 5 and 11 and everyone enjoyed it. The sleeping arrangements worked great for our group and all the beds were nice and comfortable. The house was very clean, neat, and well stocked. Sunrise Cottage and its surroundings were plenty awesome as is, but then Rick & Gloria went above and beyond to make it even better. They were so pleasant to talk to and helped make sure we had a great vacation. There was an issue with the refrigerator (most likely due to the storms before our stay) that became a none issue because Rick & Gloria took care of it right away. Their generosity was greatly appreciated by all of us. They are excellent hosts and we had an awesome stay!
