It had everything we needed for our Labor Day Weekend getaway. It was in a gated, quiet and beautiful neighborhood. We would sit out on the covered patio in the mornings and enjoy our coffee and then in the evenings for dinner or just sit and relax after a day on the lake. Honestly, the best thing about this property - and there are many nice things - is the owners! They were so kind to answer my many questions and always responded in a timely manner. It has everything expected of a waterfront property close to Shangri-La. It has a great view which made it nice for morning and evening relaxing. The neighbor is quite and extremely safe for kids. Loved the balcony/covered porch. Open floor plan with window view of open water, neighborhood boating, and water ducks and geese. Fishing from backyard yielded nice size catch(s).
