"This hotel has all the appearance of a great hotel...the rooms themselves are quite nice...BUT, try to communicate in English with the staff about anything and you've got problems..Internet not adequate for all rooms..I really suggest that management pays a little more money to hire some English ..."

"I have travelled a lot and on that basis I am giving this feedback. It was a poor stay at Neerja Niwas. I had made full payment at the time of booking for 5 adults and 1 child and it was understood that there was no extra payment needed as there was nothing mentioned in the terms and conditions, ..."
