Come fill up with energy and oxygen by walking around, by bike and even by canoe on the Charente, visit the gabares villages 20 min and cool off at the lake de Vindelle at 5 min- swimming supervised in summer or at that of Saint-Yriex at 10 min. You can also cross the vineyards to visit the great Cognac houses as well as the different sites and villages of Romanesque architecture. Description: 8 km from Angoulême, furnished house of 110 m2, in a wooded park of 1500 m2, closed, 5 minutes from the shops of nearby, village market Sunday morning and 15 minutes from the big ones surfaces. Closed garage and parking in the courtyard. 4-room house that can accommodate up to 6 people with a large living room with TV, DVD player, separate kitchen equipped, 2 bedrooms - one with 1 bed 140 and the second with 3 beds of 90 including 2 bunk and 1 pull-out bed - bathroom and separate WC.
