Good value property

This property is quite small but reasonably good value. There were some maintenance issues that I reported to the managing agent at the end of the stay and they said they would attend to (leaking shower, towel rail falling off, fridge not working first day, one of the mattresses was really old and thin and very uncomfortable, the pillows were all really old, thin and saggy and hard to sleep on, the garden was overgrown with weeds). If these are all attended to, it would be closer to 5 star rating.

Overall, an okay little house. As other reviews state, both mattresses should be replaced. One is cheap and you feel the springs clearly, and the other is long in the tooth. Fridge had been replaced, but the old one bizarrely left on the deck next to the front door (!?). BBQ dirty on arrival. Didn't use it because of that. You get what you pay for with this one. Bird droppings all over the deck.

A little disappointing

We had a good time considering the terrible weather, however there were a few issues that we were a little disappointed about: ◦ No ironing board ◦ No hair dryer ◦ Fridge not working & we lost $50 worth of quality lamb cutlets that turned rancid ◦ Gutters full and overflowing in heavy rain furniture. ◦ Broken sliding Flyscreen door ◦ Ant problem in the kitchen ◦ Mixer taps fiddly / hard to operate ◦ Dryer ineffective and no instructions, door stays locked ◦ BBQ was dirty and rusty (despite warnings we’d be charged $50 if left unclean) ◦ Someone had had a pet there, there was dog or cat fur all over the outdoor seating cushions ◦ Little to no advice or information given about the property when we asked Madison about things such as dishwashing liquid/5salt & pepper which were there when we arrived ◦ Agent said he could have replaced the fridge however we had no knowledge of their involvement in the property other than giving us the keys nor their contacts, opening hours etc ◦ Dirty, dusty surfaces, windows, pergola and filthy light fittings full of bugs throughout. Floor mats dirty. Definitely was not “immaculate” as advertised. ◦ Various lights not working such as on the deck and lamp in second bedroom ◦ Poor lighting in the bathroom ◦ Grass & garden full of weeds and not trimmed, it was up to our knees ◦ I would not stay here again, the landlord needs to do maintenance

The property is well located. It is a short walk to the foreshore. Sadly we found the beds not very comfortable.

Please and convenient stay in Jervis Bay

Few minute walk to the ocean, short trip to the shopping village, on the crossroads to everywhere in Jervis Bay, nice, quiet and convenient location. The house is very comfortable, the large deck with bbq, small lawn and few steps to the golf course too.

This is a small quaint property, comfortable bedding, clean and new with a secure large deck and garden. The kitchen is tiny but needs more tableware. Comfortable for 4.

Lovely Cosy Stay

Had a lovely long weekend stay, the house was the perfect size for the two of us, the sofa is incredibly comfy! Great location with a few beach's all in walking distance and loads more a short drive away. I would definitely come back
