The beds are comfy and location unbeatable. Sunrises over the water are stunning. The backyard is no fuss and well fenced, ideal for children and the dog to run around in. Fantastic location overlooking Collingwood Beach and close to Vincentia shops. My dog and I both had a wonderful time watching the water and the world go by from the balcony. Didn't see any dolphins unfortunately but had early morning visits from a flock of rainbow lorikeets and a few crimson rosellas. Some things worth noting if you're going to stay here (which I recommend that you do!): - There are two king beds upstairs with the kitchen and living room and one bathroom - There is a king bedroom and two singles on the ground floor with another bathroom and living area. - Both floors have a big screen TV. There is no wifi but easy enough to plug in an apple or android tv box if you have one and connect it to your own wifi hotspot if you need some downtime and a netflix dose - There's no air con upstairs (only ceiling fans) and on a hot day the sea breeze doesn't quite cut it so grab one of the bedrooms downstairs if you're not a fan of the heat - The stairs to the top floor are a bit steep and narrow so just something to be aware of if you have mobility issues - If you have little ones, just be aware that there's no bath in either bathroom but the showers are large and the water pressure is fantastic! There is also a shower outside on the side of the house if you're coming back from the beach. - The floor boards and stairs are a bit creaky so be sure to bring some ear plugs if you're a light sleeper and are bringing family or friends - The property is fully fenced and safe for dogs but it's be aware that dogs are not allowed at any time on collingwood beach (where this property is located) so you can't just pop out the back door and down on to the beach with your furry friend. There are other beaches that allow dogs on-lead and off lead. Just make sure to do your research to avoid fines. - The garages are not available to guests so don't waste time trying to unlock them like I did :) We would definitely consider staying again! ##### Melissa M.
