We are currently Super Hosts and rent this house on Airbnb as a 4 bedroom home. You can find this listing under Palm House Vincentia so you can check out all of our great reviews.
What we have done for this listing is just locked off the 4th bedroom downstairs that has 4 single beds, a couch, TV and a separate bathroom but everything else is the same upstairs. You will still have full access to the laundry downstairs as well as the internal back door that leads to the backyard .
By doing this, we can offer a better price and a house that suits one family or something for 3 couples etc. If you did want the whole house, please just book it via the Palm House Vincentia link on Airbnb.
We have 3 bedrooms upstairs. Master with King Bed, Second bedroom with queen bed and built ins and the third bedroom has a double bed. The mattresses are all modern and are really comfortable.
There is a convenient 3 way bathroom. The kitchen has been recently updated and is well stocked with all the things you need to cook with. There is also a Nespresso machine as well and tea and coffee making facilities are provided for your arrival.
We have an outdoor deck with chairs and tables and a Ziegler and Brown BBQ. There is a lovely view of the tree tops, water and mountains in the distance so its very relaxing just sitting there whilst listening to the birds that pass by and rest.
The living area has a table that seats 8. There is a comfy couch and side chairs. We provide a modern TV with a DVD. There is also free Netflix as well.
Downstairs is a 2nd fridge as well as a washing machine and dryer. From the laundry you have access to the back yard. The garage is not accessible and is locked for personal use but we have an ample driveway at the front of the house that fits 3 cars.
Guest access
Full access to upstairs and downstairs accept for the garage and 4th bedroom.
The backyard also has access as well

Parties and Functions
This property is in a residential area with permanent residents near by. We have a no party, no noise policy.
Any complaint from a neighbour you will be asked to vacate immediately.
If you are planning a party please book elsewhere.
