We had to have them change room. First room had frig open with towels on floor to defrost. Second room no blow dryer, no bath mat. Just frustraiting they didnt get a room ready as prebooked

I had reserved 2 rooms the first room was covered with dust and appeared to be under repair when I told the staff they were gracious and helpful and got me another room. I thought that was the end of my problems then my son said I should look at his room and the rooms carpet was horrible and matted with grease tar or something like that. I returned to the desk and they gave us yet another room that wreaked with the smell of cigarettes in a nonsmoking room. Needless to say we stayed but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I feel that I way over payed for what I received. So let’s say I’m not very happy.

Breakfast was good. They were out of a couple of things - pancake batter and cranberry juice. The pool was not open the last two days of our stay. Staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable.

Yes, I would stay here again. Clean and convenient. It was around 10:00 pm when we arrived, nothing going on. Young lady at the desk wearing a hoodie and jeans. It took 30” to finally get our room. She did not know how to receive the payment from a third party, I finally had to tell her to call her manager once she did that she figured it out with some instruction. She was new and hopefully she will appear more professional with her next guests. We were very tired and standing around waiting for her to figure it out was frustrating. The rooms were nice and it was very quiet.

The room was good, beds comfy, air conditioning worked great. The bathroom was another story. Housekeeping needs to clean behind the door and pay special attention to cleaning the base of the commode. Only had two full size towels. Love the Dove brand products!

We booked a King room but they didn't have one when we arrived. The A/C in the room was extemely loud and rattled. The refrigerator leaked water. Blamed king bed issue on timing with reservations between their system and Hotels.com.

This was by far one of best hotels I’ve stayed in for the price paid. Staff was amazing and everything was great. The only complaint I can make up was walking into our room one of the beds had the tiniest stain on the sheets not even an inch(my grandma couldn’t even see😂). Other then that no complaints. Also smells brand new I believe because brand new hotel? Also just very clean!

Showed up to hotel and the person checking us in couldnt check us in because there was something wrong with the expedia booking. Sat around there for an hour until finally she gave us the rooms. Wanted to use the pool but the girl at the front desk couldnt find her key to let us in. Wasted more time trying to figure that out. Was a poor experience

No signs for handicap parking
Not wheelchair friendly. Parking lot was unplowed, no signs to indicate any hcp parking spots and front desk didn't know where they were. I parked in a snow covered area, wheelchair got stuck several times getting to entrance. Live bug in bathroom. No facial tissue available so they gave us a roll of tp. Towels were big but not at all soft. Bedding was clean, mattress comfortably soft, spacious room. Good breakfast selection but most unevenly cooked bacon I have ever seen, with sections barely cooked, crisp, and almost overcooked on the same strip.

Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Ms Sue was just the best during breakfast. I have enjoyed my stay because the men and women of this hotel went know what they’re doing. I’m so grateful. When I come back to Princeton, I’m definitely staying here.

We booked this hotel months in advance only to arrive and find that it was under new management and was no longer pet friendly. We were never notified and we’re out on the street without a place to stay!

Overall not too bad. Staff needs to do a little better job of cleaning the patio, and I hope they get their pool heater fixed. Even though the pool is smaller in nature, would've been nice if it wasn't extremely cold. Rooms were pretty good though, and staff was awsome

Do not recommend!
Checked-in with a less than enthusiastic desk clerk who couldn’t find my reservation and asked if I was even at the right hotel. How insulting! She looked back through reservations and had overlooked it!! She gives me key cards to a room. We go to the car to get our things, travel 3 flights of stairs because the one and only elevator is slow and scary old. We get to the room and there are towels on the floor, beds slept in, etc. The room had not been cleaned! We went back down stairs with our stuff in tow and tell the clerk. She goes through her stack of reservations and hands me key cards from someone else’s reservation! We take them because we’re exhausted and just want a room. We go back up two flights of stairs and finally have a cleanish room, minus the toenail clippings on the floor near the couch. We get up early next morning with high hopes of this so called breakfast only to be let down by dried up shriveled eggs?? We went out for the day and when we returned, our keys wouldn’t unlock the outside doors. It’s pouring raining at this point. We drive around to front of building to front desk and the lady working was much more pleasant than the girl the night before. She checks the computer for our reservation and it’s still listed as the first dirty room and the people whose keys we ended up with had checked out and therefore rendered our keys inactive. What a mess!! I do not recommend this hotel!! What a disappointment!!

When I checked in was told no rooms available (sold out) even though I had a reservation. Told another lady in line with me same thing. We had to drive 20 miles down the road to get a room. Just to leave at 5:30am to drive back to Princeton for our even.
