Great checkin (the young woman working front desk was awesome). studio suite is utilitarian and just fine. Arrived late, but didn’t want the big buffet dinner on offer in restaurant(looked good though!)…limited options for room service. Recommend.

I booked a seaview and the Hotel has the name "Playa" in it. The Estudios are infact 400mtr from the beach. The "seaview" is at best partial. You have to look over a roundabout, across a waste land and either side of a tall wide apartment block to glimpse the sea. I felt this was mis-representation of what they are selling. The room needs updating and the single glazed windows doesn't restrict the noise from roundabout. The balcony was only big enough for a small table and 1 chair. Not for a couple. The room was noisy. We could hear our neighbour snoring throughout night. The toilets flushing down the soil pipe loudly and cisterns filling. A poor child was coughing most of one night either below or above us. Two dogs barked everytime we went past their door or their owner rang the door bell. Both sounds were very clear in our room. The doors to the apartments banged loudly throughout the floor and if force was used, you could feel the vibration when you were laying in bed. The bar area in the hotel and the staff were nice and the food plentiful which was why I gave a score of 4, otherwise I would have rated it lower. Fortunately we were only there 3 nights but I felt I had wasted my money.

Nice big rooms
I’ve stayed here for two diff trips. It’s a good hotel. I did have to change rooms cuz the room by the elevator was loud from the mechanisms to make it go up and down. But it’s a good hotel. Most of the staff was friendly except one girl whose name I forgot. Close to the beach.

Déçu par le bruit
Notre déception est due au fait que la chambre située au 1er étage n’était pas du tout insonorisée : bruit dans le couloir, chute d’eau des étages au dessus (chasses d’eau…), douche de la chambre voisine. Nous n’avons pas pu nous reposer et dormir correctement.

El alojamiento tiene de "estudio" lo que yo de futbolista, era una habitación medio grande con sofá y sofá cama, una nevera en una esquina y una cocina empotrada en un armario. El baño olía a rancio y no había ni una mesa para poder comer si te atrevias a cocinar algo o preparar el desayuno. Lo único positivo, la amabilidad de la camarera de pisos. No volveremos ni lo recomiendo, nos sentimos totalmente estafados tanto por el establecimiento como por la página web.

El hotel en sí está bien, las habitaciones de los estudios no son de cuatro estrellas, más bien tres, pero sí que puedes disfrutar de los servicios del hotel, que sí son de cuatro.

Los estudios o apartamentos, bien equipados y cómodos. Habitación silenciosa y bien climatizada. Lo más destacable, la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal, siempre con una sonrisa y dispuestos a ayudar, ni un mal gesto en ningún momento. El personal de animación, excelente, siempre pendiente de todos los niños, y ofreciendo multitud de actividades, para niños y mayores. El buffet (probamos desayunos y cenas) muy variado, y de buena calidad, con la opción extra de una plancha para ciertos platos. La playa que está más cerca del hotel es perfecta para niños, pues está recogida y no tiene demasiado oleaje. Además, no cubre hasta que uno se adentra bastante en el agua. También tiene servicio de hamacas y tumbonas, que para los clientes del hotel salen la tumbona y sombrilla por 3,5€ todo el día. Volveríamos a ir, teniendo en cuenta su inmejorable relación calidad-precio.

Hotel bien. Habitación bien. Cama incomoda, sábanas manta malisima. Se enrredaba y muy fina. Bufet libre desayuno nada especial. Café malisimo. Zumos de bote... Malos malos.. El de piña era fosfórito. El conjunto regular.

La estancia ha sido maravillosa y el trato inmejorable, sobretodo por la maitre del restaurante.Mi marido es alérgico a los frutos secos, y todos los días tenían preparado el menú con las cosas que no podía comer y las que sí, y le daban unas pinzas de servir para que su comida no estuviera contaminada.

Hemos pasado 5 días de maravilla. En el estudio estábamos tan a gusto incluso con la cuna de nuestra bebé (además de la cama supletoria). Por ponerle algún pero, mucho calor en las animaciones de niños por la noche y el buffet bajó ligeramente de calidad a partir del 1 de agosto, no sé si para adaptarse al mayor número de huéspedes en el hotel.

Tranquilo y confortable y familiar, además admiten mascotas, había varias familias con sus perros, y yo no he visto que molestaran a nadie.

Perfect stop over for low price
We stayed for one night. Essential elements like car park (garage) and wifi was found. Room was in a building next door with no views and a mini balcony. I would no stay in this room for a week. For a one night stop over it was suitable, breakfast included.
