It was a very pleasant stay. Only issue to get better are heating in the toilets. Room is warm and pleasant but the toilet and floor feels quite cold, that might need work, especially in autumn and winter. The place was perfect, clean, felt so welcome! Breakfast was perfect, they gave me everything I asked, a very great place to stay.

A stunning property with real charm. Fabulous room. A perfect stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Our hotel manager was warm, friendly, helpful and accommodating when our flight was cancelled. The one who replaced him on his day off was a bit grumpy though!

The hotel was extremely comfortable - lots of places to sit and chill inside and outside if you wanted to rest from walking up and down those hills! Located near many good restaurants and local art and craft shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful in booking restaurants and providing tips for places to visit. This was more expensive than some hotels we looked at, but we thought it was well worth the price. Valparaiso can be tiring (all those hills in the heat!) and this was a welcome...

We had the big top room with the huge balcony which was wonderful. It was lovely sitting outside taking in the amazing views. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen nice We loved staying in a traditional old building which felt like an event in itself. The building is quite scruffy and could definitely do with a lick of paint and some TLC. However, on balance this wasn't too important, to us.

Great location in the heart of Bellavista with everything walking distance away. Lovely included breakfast. Room was very noisy as next to popular walkways and other hostels. Could do with new windows, preferably double glazed to keep the noise out, especially at night.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful with an amazing view of the ocean. Excellent facilities especially the rooftop hottub! Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Would definitely recommend this hotel for total relaxation! I also had a massage in the spa!

We stayed in a loft room which is a separate block of rooms across the street from reception. The room was exceptional; great size, clean and had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. The shower had hot water and there was a heater for when the temperature dropped at night. The staff were incredibly helpful and there is a great laundry service availble with a quick turnaround. Everything were as expected, excellent

Small but nice pool with enough room for everybody when we were there. Amazing view from pool. Our room was advertised as a room with ocean view which it was not. We where placed on first floor. Avoid first floor at all cost if you do not want to be on display for everyone who passes by on the street outside (see pictures).
